Since both the skin care product and multi-vitamin are custom designed around your DNA the concept is that it is all about me. I just ordered my skin product but I have been on my multi for over a year now and if I miss even one of the two daily doses I can feel the difference. Especially if I miss my afternoon dosage which I normally take around 2pm – if I miss this one by about 7 I am ready to just crash and have a hard time keeping my mental focus.
