About Kurt
A little about me
I’m Kurt Lehmann. I’m a real estate broker in Delray Beach, Florida, and I own Lehmann Realty. That’s the short version.

The longer version is that I've never been good at staying in one lane.
I got into real estate and kept pulling on threads: how title works, how mortgages get made, how houses actually get built and fixed. I’ve been around construction since I was a kid, and over the years I’ve worked across brokerage, title, mortgage and construction. I’m also a Florida licensed real estate instructor. Seeing a deal from every side makes me better at the one side I’m working on.
What actually gets me out of bed is a good problem. I’m a systems guy. Give me something messy and I’ll want to figure out how it works, then build a better way to do it. Lately a lot of that has meant putting AI to work in my businesses, so the people around me spend less time on busywork and more time on the stuff that matters.
Outside of work I’m into psychology, fitness, and figuring out how to stay healthy and sharp for the long haul. Some would call it biohacking; I call it paying attention. I’m also a big believer in a simple five-minute meditation. And if you see me around Delray, there’s a good chance Choco, my dog, is with me.
Uncle Kurt is where I put the practical knowledge I’ve picked up: real estate, homeownership, business, building things, and the life lessons that usually cost money or time to learn. Think of it as the advice of the uncle who’s already made the mistakes so you don’t have to.
I’m here, I’ve been here, and I’ve invested here. If we know each other from somewhere, or you think we should, reach out.
