Lehmann Contracting

Lehmann Contracting Inc is my newest company, and it brings me back to where I started. I’ve been around construction since I was a kid, and after years of watching houses get bought, sold, fixed and flipped from the real estate side, I wanted to get back to building.

We’re starting with renovations and fix-and-flip projects here in South Florida, taking tired properties and making them homes people want to live in. Down the road, the plan is new builds.

I’ll be sharing projects here as they come together: before-and-afters, lessons learned, and what it really takes to renovate a house in Delray.
