When you hang your license with us as a referral-only agent, you don’t need MLS or board membership, so you’re not paying for access you aren’t using. Your license stays active, and when a friend, family member or old client needs an agent, you refer them to a great one and earn a referral fee when the deal closes.

No production quotas and no pressure. Your license stays working for you until you’re ready to jump back in, and if that day comes, we’ll make the move to Lehmann Realty easy.

You still handle your own continuing education to keep the license current. Everything else, we keep simple.

Fees: $0 to join and $0 a year. When a referral closes, the brokerage keeps 15% of the referral fee and you keep 85%.
